Generally how Indy Jazz Fest works!!

Indy Jazz Fest is a week of concerts across Indianapolis starting September 12th with the main outdoor day being on September 17th. There are tickets for each show that are sold individually or as a package called the JazzPass. Click HERE to buy tickets now.

How do I get tickets online?

Click tickets and register online. It is secure and easy. Tickets will be at the
will call of the respective venues. Preferred Seating Tickets that are purchased before September 1, 2011 will be mailed. All others will be at will call.

Make sure to be patient and wait once you send your payment.
NO REFUNDS will be given. Indy Jazz Fest is a rain or shine event.

How do I get tickets in person?

Visit Central Indiana Marsh Supermarkets for advance discount tickets.
Tickets are also available at The Jazz Kitchen located at 5377 N College Avenue.

Refunds?

Sorry, No Refunds can be issued for any of the shows once they are purchased. Indy Jazz Fest is a rain or shine event.

Where do I Park?

FREE Shuttle Parking is available. Park at the EAST overflow lot of Glendale Center located at 62nd and Keystone Avenue. Shuttle operating times are 11:45a-12a. We have also three additional shuttles this year to make load-out even quicker.

Handicapped Parking?

You must have Handicapped credentials - Handicapped Parking is available at 67th and Ferguson. Enter at 66th and College Avenue, proceed 1 block east to Ferguson. From there you will need your handicapped credentials.

Things You Cannot Bring to Indy Jazz Fest?

No outside food, coolers, alcohol, pets, weapons or drinks will be allowed. You're in luck as the Indy Jazz Fest offers the best in food and beverage options.
BAGS WILL BE CHECKED AT THE GATE.

Do I need to bring my own chair or blanket?

Unless you have purchased a Preferred Seating Ticket you will need to bring a chair or blanket. Don't bring that record setting largest blanket because this year will be packed.

ATM's?

All food and beverage vendors are CASH ONLY. We will have ATM's available in case you forget to bring cash. Credit and Debit Cards will be accepted at the IJF Merchandise Tent.

Pass-outs?

Yes, we do allow passouts. See workers at the front gate and they will get you taken care of.

Bikes?

No bikes will be allowed inside Indy Jazz Fest.

Pets?

We like pets just NOT at Indy Jazz Fest.
