In today’s environment, where everything and everybody seems to be on the internet, security is an essential part of our systems and commitment to you, our customer. Our ticketing system (Arts People) is hosted on the cloud by Amazon. Amazon monitors and protects our systems with the latest cyber-security hardware and software. The network for these systems uses a choke-point method that forces non-standard interactions into a virtual funnel where it can be easily monitored and protects against nefarious activity prior to hitting the next layer of security within the SSL or Secure Socket Layer. Arts People is certified by The McAfee Company which is used to monitor secure transactions for any flaw or bug that has been identified. We take security very seriously, making every effort to secure your data. We feel very strongly that securing your data is one way we earn your business and trust 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Speaking of security, we would also like to emphasize that you, the customer, bear significant responsibility for your own security. Please make certain that passwords are appropriately protected, and never post or share your password.
